Our meeting packages can be booked for groups of 10 or more. If this number is less, we will be happy to prepare a customized quote.

 

4-hour meeting package (morning with lunch or afternoon with lunch)

  • rental of the plenary hall
  • use of a flip chart and supplies
  • use of a screen
  • unlimited use of coffee and tea with biscuits
  • unlimited use of ice water
  • lunch, consisting of: soup of the day, a hot dish, mini sandwiches (topped with smoked salmon, brie, pate, Ardennes ham, roast beef and luxury lettuce with tomato and cucumber), Caesar salad, fresh fruit, orange juice and milk

This 4-hour package costs €28.00 per person

 

8-hour meeting package

This 8-hour package costs €39.50 per person

 

12-hour meeting package:

This 12-hour package costs €76.00 per person

 

24-hour meeting package

  • an overnight stay in one of our comfortable rooms including an extensive breakfast

This 24-hour package costs €189.00 per person

 

32-hour meeting package

  • rental of the plenary hall for 2 days

  • unlimited use of coffee and tea with biscuits
  • unlimited use of ice water
  • lunch on both days, consisting of: soup of the day, a hot dish, mini sandwiches (topped with smoked salmon, brie, pate, Ardennes ham, roast beef and luxury lettuce with tomato and cucumber), Caesar salad, fresh fruit, orange juice and milk
  • a three-course dinner of your choice
  • an overnight stay in one of our comfortable rooms including an extensive breakfast
